The idea is to chat about Moto Pro, the business, the bikes and what we do right and what we get wrong, with as much feedback from past and prospective visitors as possible.  Sometimes I sit in my little cafe and make decisions which I think are going to work for us and for you all and with immaculate good taste miss the mark all together.

…and thats where you come in - what kind of bikes should we carry on the fleet, what level of service do you want and what are you happy to pay for and what do you just not need?  Its all a mystery to me and after 4 years it seems that we often get things right but are never quite sure why…

I  would also love the chance to explain why we do things as we do, for example, I frequently recommend that first-time visitors to France or even Europe stay in St Remy and ride out each day rather than trying to tour around and stay in a different hotel each night.  Why?
